HB Rentals Appoints Tony Thibodeaux as Operations Manager for the Permian Basin

MIDLAND, Texas — John Nagel, VP Global Operations, is pleased to announce Tony Thibodeaux as the new Operations Manager for the Permian basin based out of Midland, Texas. Tony will oversee all operational activities including field service and trucking in order to meet internal goals and objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction. He will train, develop, and motivate staff to ensure a high standard of performance in the day-to-day operations of the Midland facility.

Tony joins HB Rentals with 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked as a tradesman in pipe fitting, plumbing, oil spills, driver, and shipping. As a supervisor he has trained employees to run and maintain heavy equipment while maintaining high safety standards. During his previous tenure with HB Rentals as manager he lead field operations and sales by cultivating a positive work environment for both employees and customers.

Tony has held various positions during his employment with HB from a CDL Driver to Field Tech, then FST Supervisor and Manager. By having firsthand experience in all of these roles he is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges and responsibilities of the Operations Manager role.
